Request tKUB for developing
To request tKUB (test KUB tokens) on the Khaosan testnet, follow these steps:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Install MetaMask: If you haven't already, install the MetaMask browser extension. You will need it to interact with the Khaosan testnet and hold tKUB.
Download MetaMask from MetaMask's official website.
Set up a wallet or import an existing one.
Add Khaosan Testnet to MetaMask: You will need to manually add the Khaosan testnet to MetaMask if itβs not already available.
Open MetaMask and click on the network dropdown (top center).
Select "Add Network" or "Custom RPC" (depending on the version).
Fill in the Khaosan testnet details:
Network Name: Khaosan Testnet New RPC URL:
https://rpc-testnet.bitkubchain.io
Chain ID:25925
Currency Symbol:tKUB
Block Explorer URL:https://testnet.bitkubscan.io/
Save the network, and it should now appear in your MetaMask.
Obtain tKUB via Faucet: To get free test KUB (tKUB), visit a faucet that supports the Khaosan testnet.
Go to the Bitkub Khaosan Testnet Faucet.
Paste your MetaMask wallet address into the provided field.
Click the button to request tKUB.
You should receive a small amount of tKUB in your MetaMask wallet shortly after submitting your request.
Verify tKUB in MetaMask:
Open your MetaMask wallet.
Ensure you are connected to the Khaosan Testnet.
Check your wallet balance to see if the tKUB tokens have arrived.
Troubleshooting:
If the tokens donβt arrive, double-check the MetaMask network configuration and ensure youβve entered the correct address in the faucet.
Try waiting a few minutes before refreshing and checking the balance again.
Once you have tKUB, you can use it to test and develop on the Bitkub Chain Khaosan testnet.
